I have extensive real world knowledge in the fields of sales, commercial, marketing, customer experience, business strategy and process improvement. Having delivered product launches, marketing initiatives, order to delivery processes and much more, I have had success in growing customer revenue and improving processes that save time and reduce costs.

I am a fully qualified Change Management Practitioner, which provides me with the skills to smoothly implement new processes across small and large organisations, and am also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, which has furnished me with the know-how and tools to support businesses in strategic improvement projects that deliver with high quality and longevity.

I chose my company name due to two definitions of Halcyon that resonate with me and the services I can offer your business –

  • Halcyon Days – “a very successful period in the past”. We can deliver creative growth projects and strategy to build a future state for your business that will be your Halcyon days of the future as we create clear value for your customers versus the competition.
  • Halcyon Bird – in Greek mythology “the Halcyon bird had the power to calm the rough ocean waves every December so she could nest – like those calm waters, halcyon has come to mean a sense of peace or tranquility”. We can deliver process improvement and change management to provide efficiency in your business to achieve cost benefit, increased profitability and a foundation for growth.
